George Larry Grimit

It is with great sadness that the family of George Larry Grimit announce his passing. He will be forever remembered for his humor, kindness and generosity. He passed peacefully at his home surrounded by family on November 16th at the age of 77. He is preceded in death by his wife, Candi Grimit, their kitties and collie dogs. He is survived by his children Jeff Grimit (wife Michelle), Teri Worden (husband Dwayne), Scott Arnett (wife Christelle) and Hallie Williams; 17 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren and many more that he considered family. A funeral service will be held Saturday, December 7th, at 4pm at the Family Church (878 W 6th Avenue, Sutherlin) with a Military Honors Graveside Service Monday, December 9th at 2:30pm at the Willamette National Cemetery (11800 SE Mt. Scott Blvd, Happy Valley, OR - section EE3, site 481). 

Donations may be made to the Community Cancer Center in Roseburg, Oregon in his memory.
